Retail Building Renovation- The objective was to demonstrate a revitalized retail building (which was existing), with updated finishes and detailing, to attract potential new Tenants. Mixed Use Building Visualization-Working with an extremely shortproject timeline, this model was assembled to demonstrate Design Intent to investorsfor a potential Mixed Use Buidling. Modeling methodologies allowed this project to be done in short order, through the use of File Links and Design Options, as only one floor is modeled. (Click the image to see the gallery)
Memorial Room- This model was created for the Architect of Record, to show their clients what the space would be like when completed as designed by the Architects. We then went on to create the construction documents in collaboration, inside the Revit Model. (Click the image to see the gallery)
