Revit Templates, Standards, and Content
At Studio Syracuse, a great deal of time has gone in to critiquing the DETAILS of our workflow. While it is not our deliverable, we believe in the processes we preach. As such, you can find some of our toolsets below. Through helping one another, we can advance the industry as a whole.
Please note: These are here for your evaluation, and any potential education you take from them is solely your responsibility. Studio Syracuse and all affiliated parties can not be held responsible for any effect these files have, or your use of them.
Revit Template File- (Release 2009)- Always evolving, this is the current version of the template on which each project or model is built. Its currently 12.8 MB, although we believe in the "empty" template, over the "full" template. The 13 MB is largely: views, sheets and schedules.
Revit Naming Conventions- As models grow in size and content, naming becomes critical for efficiency. These are merely a couple of basic conventions we use. We will update as they evolve or are added to.
